Umbrellas Of Summer

Warm breaths of you
shaded me in open umbrellas-of-Summer
Those carefree times of ocean skip
in the sands beneath our bare-of-feet
I am left shivering
in the Autumn  of your retreat
Holding on to these memories
to keep me through the gray stealth of Winter
When no longer you can come to play
at the shoreline of my heart
Gone you are
back to where you must be
    ~I, impatiently wait~
for the coming of Spring to move me  closer still
to the return
of your open umbrellas of Summer~
