Once ...

       in a valley
       of interests peaked,
       moment's unrest ...

          a smile creeked

Twice ...

       raised a question
       my dream'in fare
       are we, or naught ...

          in lov'in care

Thrice ...

       came an echo
       "it is for real"
       the sun has shown ...

          its warmth we feel

Now ...

       such sun has gone,
       it's disappeared

       a rainbow's end ...

          the rains we've feared

Wait a minute...isn't there something magical at the end of the rainbow...keep looking you never know the treasure hidden there...Great writing...

that magical treasure would be never ending sweet lady,

however these rains of late seem unrevealing to such a sun's warming ways.

perhaps a little pixie dust and your touch could ward off such fearing storms.

                  thanks for the thoughts

Hi Craig...yes,  the rains have not been
kind recently...  perhaps soon they shall
abate and that rainbow will appear once
again..  Just as you have,  here on the blue.

I love the rain, but understand the moment when enough is enough, if not too much.
