Delight…that carnivorous adventure Summoned up the ego finds its censure Spirit waves a welcome to the blue skies Moistening the vision of once dry eyes Tell me of the story that dictates your fate Did you know the past was placed behind in wait? For without relevance, an uninvited guest to dine Left the center stone…left a lifeless line Vividly I dance the drizzle in a sweeter juice Unblemished and undaunted as the waters are let loose A gardener still learning of the cycles of mature An orchard so abundant as to thrive such faulty tour Delight…what breaths the quiver into night Imperfect the felicities of each seasons rite And yet, you sip the perfect nectar into fine A mystery of mortal man in flesh divine And I return myself to whisper in the warm of breeze A sweeter hush, and warmer will, believing on my knees For faith has grown abundant, in the rightful place of all Disregarding humble harshness every time I take this fall Copyright Kkh 7/7/04 |

Ah, sweet necture. I too have great admiration for your verbiage. ![]() Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you. Joy is a state of mind. |

A couple of years ago, we had two peach trees in the front yard...but... the ravages of Kansas are much too hard on such a soft tree...and the first year harvest was much too heavy... but now, you've made me miss them.... and I would walk your orchard... |
