Reaching Through Time
It was just the other side of you that I turned over one day. Not too well done, as I reached through time to capture a taste and dream your fears.
Sometimes I love you, when the moment at hand produces titles to free my mind of circumstances and walk whichever way alliteration sends a stranded soul seeking silence.
I would tender care you in wishful thinking, would pause the season's silken soft nights spending thoughts that would honor you.
Instead tonight, I serenade my mind with understanding, thinning my wants until limp, waiting for the warmth, watchful of the last vision to accompany an adaptation of this evening's final dance.

Sorrow in soft motion-
SusanHappiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you. Joy is a state of mind.

~ I want to absorb those lines into my own mind!
A delicate and classy piece of writing!

'thinning my wants until limp'
this is a very forceful locution... it's framed well by the balance of your thoughts

Timing is everything, and it's a pitty it's not always on our side. I know this sounds silly (coming from me) but we are the only ones who can open or close that door.
And you gotta love the idea of someone breaking it down.
Love you Maur~ Loved your poem!
