Times I, ofttimes, am too early, or too late though hithermost I … travail andtimeseemsuttermost ~ In consequence ~ today's horridscope’s byastroligical media indicated only thirty-two years left… …and counting… one close to me once said… I will be 150 years… and I know I believed it, and her, and her most microscopical ideology that her furniture’s life would predecease her, illogical though it seemed… Yet…she had heard of those who lived to be 110… and hope, lives. She did not. But, I wonder where that red couch resides? For I think I shall sit upon it in 2051... to heck with the signs... I'm taking on my mother. ~*~ © Karilea Rilling Jungel August 1, 2004 |

I kept her old Swivel chair as long as it held out.. it rocked Nathan and Nar in my lap when they were sick and only knew her from 2 poses, one cutting cake with Dad and later in life a proud bold likeness, the Grandma that they never met, but felt just the same |

This, errrrr...must be a girl thing sort of. And yet it is about something I relate tooo well with....as I watch my own clock tick and remember back to yesterday...which was about 20 years ago to anyone else but me and perhaps thee and well....you understand. And I understand too. |
