Here goes...

I close the door behind me,
It shatters just like glass
the sleet has settled quietly
On entities I pass.

My fingers are so brittle.
the frost is biting me.
Arrys of airy snow drift by.
How cold can your heart be?

The wind begins to chase me.
the snowflakes hit my face.
A shiver trickles up my spine.
I need to leave this place.

A light frost coats the railing.
My hands are turning blue.
My blood is running solid.
I've lost my love for you.

Every time I take a step,
My feet cry out in throe.
Barefoot in your hailing soul,
Without a place to go.

the sky is dark as eyes wide shut,
the only light I see,
Its shing from my very being,
Illuminates from me.

a blizzard of cold misery,
It knocks me to my knees.
I cannot bring myself to stand,
but in your heart...I freeze

This is glowing. I really liked it. Particularly the Q: How cold can your heart be?
Indeed an icy interrogative.

Awesome...love stanza 2.
How cold can your heart be?
I have thought this thought of others.

This is quite an impressive piece, very well written, the flow is nearly perfect. I can also relate to the subject matter, and it was very well expressed.

This is a great GREAT Piece.  Put into words what I could not.  I loved it

The glory of friendship is not the outstretched hand, not the kindly smile, not the joy of companionship; it is the spiritual inspiration that comes to one when he discovers that someone believes in him and is willing to trust him with his friendship."

I have ran in the snow bear foot, you loose the sensation of feeling, then a burning.
this is vivid.
A big HHHHHOOOOOOWWWWWWWLLLLLLL
And a warm welcome.
Joel.

I howl a mornful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel.
