When we live with no surroundings When we dream with no thought Lingering in a place of confusion Tripping on words of truth Regret eating every step Painted pictures of times that never will be Starring at stars Wishing on pain Seen clearly through the nothing that engulfs us Embraces Enthrawls |

Enthrawls ,thats a good word to describe what your poem does, what it did to me. I espically liked the part "wishing on pain seen clearly through the nothing that engulfs us" ,that to me was so descriptive of the emptiness that is usually so close at hand.I can so relate to this work...thank you for this. |

Again someone knows my dreams. great. Joel. I howl a mornful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel. |

thanks guys. I appreciate the kind words. Even better coming from two great writers! If I were more computer literate I'd give a gracious smile. Sorry! The words that come to me here fail me elsewhere. Mute. Made dumb by my own thoughts. Tonguetied and awkward. Tripping over my own voice. A pen and paper for my voice. HelenaJ |
