Picturing a blackened room Screen's glow the only light Filled with madness, tears and gloom A poet word-dancing tonight Dark Muse has chosen to speak at last The poet has forfeited will She speaks of murders and spells to cast And Gollum on windowsill Poet lets it all sink in And then creates the gifts They're drear, and pained. and rife with sin To Muse the poet lifts And then she's gone without farewell The poet is left to stare At other's works, for rest assured Her words were also heard there. ------------------ And the men who hold high places Must be the ones who start To mold a new reality Closer to the heart. ===RUSH=== [This message has been edited by Deep Blue Me (edited 11-13-1999).] |

DBM, this is absolutely wonderful, I love it..........I know that sounds bland, but it's the only thing I can think of to say.... ------------------ Thinking is just what a great many people think they are doing when they are merely rearranging their predjudices. |
