"It ain't over 'til it's over" -YB Endless "Always go to other people's funerals, otherwise they won't go to yours" -YB Can't remember the times before Or by what name I was called "We have a good time together, even when we're not together" -YB You too, struggle to put a name to my face The connection never made "It's deja vu' all over again" -YB Was it the last time, the time before that or another time altogether Were we lovers or just friends Have you realized this time What it's all about Not sure "You've got to be careful if you don't know where you're going 'cause you might not get there" -YB Let me be your guide Gauging by the lessons we are learning now "When you come to a fork in the road, take it" -YB Our journeys have been many "90% of the game is half mental" -YB Even the Fat Lady knows "The future ain't what it used to be" -YB But just to be sure, I never go to the opera -RS ------------------ [This message has been edited by FreeByrd (edited 11-04-1999).] [This message has been edited by FreeByrd (edited 11-04-1999).] |

To Michael I may have violated the essence of this area by trying to introduce some levity. The true words are between YB's lines. I'm the rookie on the block and once I realized that maybe I should have posted this one elsewhere, I quickly realized that I was unable to delete it. I apologize if I have offended anyone in my attempt to add some comic relief. It's the way I lighten it up for myself. As I was writing, I found the need. Love reading all of you. I feel at home. ------------------ |

FreeByrd, I found no offense in this piece at all and indeed, welcome creativity. It wasn't steeped in darkness but none the less had a mysterious quality to it...a pondering of sorts. It is most welcome here, as are you, but if you like I can move the piece to open for you...it's all up to you. Michael |

ThanX Michael I would prefer to leave it here and welcome comments. FYI - The book that inspired this is The Seat of the Soul by Gary Zukav. It's tremendous, it changed my life. Excellent read for an understanding of why we are here and how the processes of life and death fit into the scheme. |
