Something strange, yet oddly familiar Black clouds rolling high, covering up the clear blue sky Nothing said, only a deep sorrow hidden inside Intoxicated by realization The war has longsince past but with all battles, I suffered greatly My flesh still numb from the pain My heart still distant and untrusting Walking lost, with no destination With nothing left, all I have is myself For I can never hide, from the war raging inside |

This hits close to home......sometimes we don't even have ourselves though. Good poem ------------------ "Despite all my rage, I am still just a rat in a cage." -Billy Corgan- |
