I can't You told me to get over it to just let it pass I'm sure you can do it I'm sure your heart's not smashed You've moved on now and the hurting has stopped you say you know how it feels but you've never been dropped You claim to have loved me but I see nothing there you say you feel like **** but you don't even care So...just like you I'll someday move on when i wake up from my dream and realize that your gone Hey, what do you know I'm not crying anymore but you dont even look up as you walk through the door I cant let go somewhere inside me lies you but you just shrug and say "Sorry, there's nothing more I can do" So, what is fate? is it something you can control or will it stay in the back of my mind always reminding me that you let me go I'll end this poem because there's nothing more to say As i dry my tears and walk the other way |
