I am only meant for you

You,ve released the hounds of misery upon my soul.
But it had to be told,before another whispered in my ear.We both know how she feels and this I fear.

People warned me of her friendship and I defended it.You are mine.Her love for you can not stop for what one can't have one always wants like a fire
from within you can not smother out.

Is the true love you talk about me and you or you and her?

Phone calls you must take alone,conversations that are not clear.What do I hear?

Help me o Lord to figure this out on my own not to ask others what I have not been told.

The devil dances with a grin as the stories in my head he spins.

Do I listen blindly or read within?
My heart pleads NO! My head just spins.
I love you both my husband and my friend.
An intrusion of confusion I feel in my heart
Oh what can I do to deal?
Is she winning you away
do I trust her can she stay?
Do I love you --Yes I Do..
Do I swim to my hearts paradise or do I let the undertow pull me down where there is no sound?

Yes my love I love you dearly I pray your words are meant sincerely.
And not a warning of some forlorning scorn.

My soul hangs on I am so weak and scared
I must be stong I must hang in htere
For this I know and know true I am only meant for you.

A very vivid description of what it must be like to feel that one is being cheated on.
