I travel onwards Through the night under the moon And i see my enemy And i see my friend All my messages Come to an abrupt end The darkness comes deep inside me To enshroud me In its loving embrace Showing love unrepentant Never can i face All the worlds Space and time colliding inside And yet it comes The darkness ends and all the bubbles Bursting and bending Yet the darkness Still inside And the heat i cannot hide Sits with me In the night As i travel Dark to bright Hello darkness, my old friend, I've come to talk with you again, Because a vision softly creeping, Left its seeds while I was sleeping, And the vision that was planted in my brain Still remains Within the sound of silence. |

The old adage is "keep your friends close, but your enemy's closer" In this case your enemy is the light, and I do hope you keep her close to you. It will warm you on a cold day. This is a great reflection on your work my friend. ----------------------- I left you a reply in "Crystal Tears" I think you should read my friend. It shatters the mirror, and gives room for movement on your and my part. Joel. I howl a mournful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel. |

embrace the darkness, kiss the night. caress the shadows, hold them tight. follow the moon ... above so bright. shine in the darkness, dance in the light. heart of a poet ... ever may you write. your words be your path, this journey thru night. destination to deliver ... destiny in sight. sanctuary is found ... in both the dark and the light. In their tender mercies ... may you be all right. jm |
