DOWNWARD SUCTION: Another feel, a new hope But turned soon upon its head Give me freedom to resist To stand within instead Once it used to work for me Shop, visit, read Now there is nothing to pick me up Nothing fills the need One by one my pasions fall My heart tires of being alive Floating, now, upside down From death I can't revive Pulled down, swept along Sad, tired, wrong. |

I damn near drowned once I had gone down for the second time, my lungs full of water, an old fisherman pulled me out of the sea, where he came from I'll never know, the tide took me out. Well kid, it's pay back I'll be the old fisherman. Take my hand I'm not good at CPR but I can ((((hug))). Joel." I howl a mournful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel. |

Dear Joel Thank you so much my friend. I took a gamble with this one, yet it is as I feel. Fighting depression for the second time is in some ways harder than the first. I really appreciate your warmth and support. Sylvia |
