There has to be a way to kill time. To really destroy it & watch it splatter, at our feet in shreds of a gory slime, hear it's retreating footsteps patter. The pain time provides,we could do without. There is SO much evil imperfection, that i would gladly forfeit for kinder clout, or some silken sliver of true affection. Life is a long,dark,rough, & tumble path, i've never had both feet on that one road., we're forced to smother in a rancid pool & take a drowning bath, always I’ve had one foot on death & one on life,weighed with a load. It’s a fact,my friend,death is easy A simple escape,a surrender perhaps, But the thought of living makes me queasy. I’m to stubborn to surrender to such an easy lapse. So,I’m living,I hate it,but I’ll stay, Just to conquer & destroy it, in a more natural way. You know I won’t ever quit…….. And there she weaves by night and day, a magic web of colours gay.~Tennyson |

actually Swamp I think time is on our side, (now where did I hear that before?) But it is, not that there really is time to begin with, It does soothe our wounds, our tears dry in time, and our hearts open up again. Hell kid we come in this world with only one guarantee we will die, but it's all the play on the path that counts. I'm sure reading this that you like me have contemplated ?? this demise in unnatural ways, and we both have decided to fight it. So (RING) Bell #1. great poem. Joel. Don't ever quit....hang around to see what happens next....it can be interesting!~ Life is neutral, neither good nor bad... but the things and people in our lives can make it complex and painful....endure, it's all that matters....death is too permanent! ~~nice writing~~ A life isn't significant except for its impact on other lives. |

Thanks for replying Wolf and Danny =] i appreciate it. You're right Joel,time MAY be on our side.....but what if it's not and life stays the same......what then??¿ Oh well....i figure death isn't really worth the bother. LOL i mean if i could die,and know the peace of not existing that would be great.....but if i die,i won't know aything at all,so i won't be there to enjoy it.It's a shame things work that way.Dan,you're right too=] Death is to permanent. I guess i should find away to enjoy life....because it's deffiantely not permanent at all.
