YEARNING FOR LOVE How can we be together under this our name How can we live forever playing this painful game People say that real love is always true But they have never felt this love I feel for you Yearning for someone to hold me in their arms Yearning for someone to love and to calm me Yearning for love that is true I'm just yearning for you I look at you I'm learning about loving you I look at you I'm yearning to confide in you I need your soft voice to comfort me To show me I'm not alone at fate's cruel mercy How can I say I love you Peole won't understand How can I say I need you They'll take a stand They do not understand my love is pure So my heart continues to bleed without a cure.
