Hey there,..I'm new here, to this, but I just wanted to say that your poem really struck me. Lately I have been on this thing where I have been forcing myself to FEEL what I am feeling. As opposed to trying not to. I find that when I do this I feel like I am really living. Even if what I'm going through sucks I know that feeling the burn is life and to live it I must feel it. Ok, maybe this has gotten to deep, but your poem related to something I am working on and reminded me of it. That's all...I liked it. |

this was heartfelt. I have wallowed in it and never given in though. I keep running from the beast, it was harder to run from it as a child, my legs were shorter! Come to think of it they are still short at 5-3.... this one made me think Kathleen |
