Forged in battle I was, Seems my life is to follow the same path, Battles daily in what should be sanctuary, Battles for the truth, avoiding anger's wrath. Battles to help friends and family, Realise their potential, Be all that can be, Battles to make my life something, not just ornamental. The Warrior Princess of the new Millenium, Fighting for truth and love right to the end, Fighting for my son's world and future, Fighting to help or save a friend. I battle for beauty, Banish the ugliness away, I battle for truth, No matter what anyone says. I battle for peace in my corner of the world, Battle for beloved harmony, Battle to let my soul free, I battle for you, I battle for me. We can all make a difference, We don't have to take the cards we've been dealt, We have to fight for the good things in our lives, Or heart, soul and harmony will surely melt.. Your peom was great. You write form the heart and you know what your fighting for, I usually forget what I'm am fighting for and lose the battle I guess its b/c im weak. lol your poem was great and maybe it will help me next time not to lose sight of whats important |
