You've only seen the one side of me The side that I've decided to show But there's another side that you don't see And I think it's time that you should know I can be a jerk sometimes, a real S.O.B. I can say things out of anger that I don't mean Bet you never thought that this is what you'd see Take it as a lesson, that sometimes people aren't what they seem This other side of me, I try not to show a lot anymore I'm getting better at controlling it each and everyday I don't want it to break through the door And there's one more thing I have to say Everyone has that other side, no one is immune The darker side that they try to keep from their friends Those things that they keep hidden from view I've decided to show you now, rather than at the end ---------------------------------------------------------------------- That which gives light must endure burning --Victor Frankl |

Yes my friend we all have that wanting to pound the door to bits thing inside us. We have a deep passion that spurs us to highest, but the same passion out of control can be very detrimental to one's health. haha HHHHOOOOWWWWWLLLLL Joel. I howl a mornful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel. |

well i understand all to well the words you speak the darkness in me i trap deep down deep all pretty words and pretty song will hold it down only so long i hope to all i see the darkness will never be the one to consume me Hello darkness, my old friend, I've come to talk with you again, Because a vision softly creeping, Left its seeds while I was sleeping, And the vision that was planted in my brain Still remains Within the sound of silence. |

Sven, You are right, everyone has this side. It is what we choose to do with it.....that is what really matters. I am sure you can control it in time. Interesting poem... Sven, we all have different sides. Some of us have developed more in order to adapt to the environment in which we are in. But true feelings will bypass it. Daniel |
