God give me strength

For this night, is a lonely night,
I’m by myself, and I feel so alone.
God give me strength

Am I a lip print on a shirt, something to be wiped away with shame?
I have a heart, but it no longer beats in my chest, it has taken wing
God give me strength

I feel as though this is my last chance of happiness.
The voice of a desperate wolf cry, complete abyss.
God give me strength.

It seem’s a hallow life that has taken me to this place,
From childhood to ?? a void manhood, a vacant chase.
God give me strength.

Never thought I’d end up like this.
like a puddle in the street excrement never missed.
God give me strength

I’m so tired and I’m so alone.
my heart breaks, have been shone
God give me strength

Oh Joel.... God will give you the strength.... open your heart to his love...this was beautiful and so very sad. I'm sorry for your aching heart.-SEA

I was so inspired by these words, but I couldn't do it justice!
It was as if strength was seeping away and reading the words made me realize how much I really need the poetry. thanks!

Strength enough to write of your pain here. Keep praying.

You are another one who sneaked in without my knowing. Already you have so many poems. So keep posting them. I'll do my best to reply to the new ones if I don't catch the old.
