Something's missing in my life,
Maybe it's you, maybe it's you I need?
No longer can I see that candle burning in the night,
Feeling low, feelings of gloom descend on me.

I look for your guiding light,
It isn't there,
Why won't you come to me?
Oh God, it isn't fair.

Endless hours just wanting to share with you,
But I find myself alone, there is nothing I can do,
Missing you so much, have things gone too far?
I don't really care, for I love you wherever you are.

I'm just a loser, clinging to feelings that aren't real,
Hoping for a few moments of happiness to steal,
Wishing to be held in the safety of your arms,
Just to be with you and share in your sweet charms.

But alas, I must be undeserving,
Fortune never smiles on me,
Seems all these things I am feeling,
Are merely hopes and dreams........

sad but beautiful poem of longing isis...
never stop believing in your self or your dreams...
we all are due our turn...look for the light.
take care, jm

...when you walked into the room, I saw their faces,
you made it feel like time was standing still...and I felt fascination...
then you turned and smiled in my direction...
and my heart...gave me away.

Wow, explicitly painful, Isis.  Wrenching emotion this was...  Loved it.

Isis,
you're not a loser. . . you are a wonderful person. . . and a wonderful friend. . . and your light is always there, even when you can't see it. . .

Fortune will smile on you soon, my friend. . .

This piece of work is simply remarkable Isis. I loved it. It seemed as if you had pulled out MY Own feelings that I was not able to express to whom I miss alot. God Bless you Isis. I feel relaxed now to find my thoughts narrated in the most beautiful manner. Thankyou.

Isis, I'm also thankful to you for encouraging my pieces of work (I wish for you... , Driveway of Nowhere , etc.)

Take Care,

Zunera.

That was very moving to me... I feel, is it God's joke to put the perfect one in front of us, then not let us have them?  Sigh.. well written poem.. It makes me sad.. but I guess that only means it was very well written..

Isis,

This one is pours sadness.  You are deserving of everything and anything. Always remember that. Fate sometimes deals us bad hands, but in all truths it is for the best, perhaps a mark of a new begining. Don't give in, fight your way out of the pain and misery.

Siempre,

Daniel

The glory of friendship is not the outstretched hand, not the kindly smile, not the joy of companionship; it is the spiritual inspiration that comes to one when he discovers that someone believes in him and is willing to trust him with his friendship."
