AYE I remember him now a wordsmith he was A teller of tall tales I remember his words bright they were like a newborn morn Great tales of past things Huge castles of Green amber beautiful princesses and wizards with great power over the world they went Tales of Bravery Tales of loves well spun tales of what has been Or what has yet to come A silver toungue he had he spoke in rhymes And he spoke great reason Knights and dragons Lived in his words Drawing you deeper But what good are tales when your old and have seen And have been, no i left, His words meant nothing Although pretty words they were I am just going to fade away. Did you write the Book of Love And do you have faith in God above If the Bible tells you so Do you believe in rock 'n roll Can music save your mortal soul And can you teach me how to dance real slow |
