I've lost myself along the way, Lost the confidence I had yesterday. Flailing on life's quick sand, Cries of despair the only sound. Pain never ending, Again consumes me, Where is the happy Isis I used to be? Cold and alone, No comfort in sight, Hoping and praying for someone who cares, Always alone and headed nowhere. Happiness an illusion, Love a gift, My soul is tatters, My heart has a rift. Praying for peace, Praying for "Our Moonlight", Praying for I don't know what, Praying for lasting contentment. Will it come, or should I give up the fight? For I'm sick of no comfort alone late at night, Words too few or left unspoken, What remedy for a heart that is broken? Who'll pick up the pieces? Wipe away the tears? Comfort me now and always, Chase away my fears? May the world hug you today, With it's warmth and love. I pray it whispers a joyful tune in your heart, That tell you there is a friend sitting in another corner of the world, Wishing you well and wishing you love...... ~Isis~ (Goddess - Sovereign of the Spirit) |

Oh!! This ripped at my heart like you can not even imagine. I had given up (literally) on anyone and ever having someone in my life. And then there he was from literally nowhere.. and he is now my everything. Incredibly raw with emotion and power Isis! Kim |

What this is is an adaption of the old 60's song, "What becomes of the Broken Hearted' with some Isis/self adaptions stuck in there. I'm not down or anything, just playing...
