As I lay in bed, The thoughts of a thousand dreamers in my head, I think of you, With the stars of a thousand lovers in my eyes, And I love you, With the emotion of a thousand poets behind it, Still you know not, That a thousand good things in me, are you, And I punish myself, With the vengeance of a thousand madmen, For not voicing to you, With the songs of a thousand choirs, How I crave you, With the need of a thousand beggars, How I have tried, A thousand times over.
