*creeps in silently, hoping that no one would think too badly of her* Death comes not when breath cease Stealing your last kiss like a rogue lover Entrancing your heart till it stops beating in ache Rushed from the bittersweet sorrow as you grow cold When your thread is cut and the web falls away Leaving you wonder if it lingers when you're gone Death comes not when daggers sheath in flesh Cutting away paths pumping ruby liquid streams branching in a maze Until you watch yourself as a draining sieve Leaving to energy's will able to live, slashed so deeply Burning pain as fires break out inside you skin Engulfed in last Life passion's glow For only when your clutch in faith dwindles, flickering embers cooling Desire fading in and out again as a phage lost There would be slits of Love bleeding Death comes not on surface Until it happens inside To live still without life Death comes not *creeps out again* ~Astraea "Sometimes stars can only be seen in darkness." "Sorrow's crown of sorrow is remembering happier things." |

Death comes not on surface Until it happens inside I loved the whole poem but this line is fantabulous ! ~*Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss, and ends with a tear*~ |

Wooo.... very, very discrpitive, and just as StarrGazer said, that last line was very moving. Great job! -Angel- |
