We used to chat over hazelnut coffee, Discussing events that took place each day, We'd laugh or cry and sort things out, It was good for our souls we would say. For thirteen years, through thick and thin, Our shoulders were there, till the end, We both knew we would always be side by side, We knew we would each have a friend, To help us through the tough times, To be there with a hug through the tears, Finishing this walk together, Overcoming all of our fears. But, now forever has met us head on, You've decided you're through with me, I don't know what I have done to you, And you won't help me to see... I miss you so much I can't let it go, Though I've tried, in so many ways, I guess I'm no longer good for you But I'll wonder the rest of my days. So, again I will try to say that goodbye, To put the past away and not balk, To move on without you in my life, And finish what's left of this walk. |

This is definately well written and brought flooding in feelings about the people I care about in my life. I really hope you do get answers or resolution with your friend. "Closure" if not resolution may help put your mind at ease and begin the healing process. Kim |

this is well written and touching, we sometimes never know why these things happen...sorry you lost your friend...
