A spirit hides inside
this mind;
Imprisoned.

Barriers hold secrets
Hell hath fury
Skeletons dance.

Pandora's box-
leaks.
Baring Internal mourning.

Dark, deep secrets;
Held tightly.
Restrained by mere sanity.

 ...every moment of every day...
your still with me in every way.
every poem and song...
every rhyme and verse...
your still here...like a beautiful curse.

Sanity can really suck at times...seems to be the door to that "internal mourning" you speak of.  Great poem Kim.  Welcome to the Dark Forum.  Hope to see more from you here soon.

Aren't we always standing on a ledge and barely hanging on to that grip of sanity?!

Thank you both for your replies and the welcome to the Forum.

Hi Jannel, Thank you
I, Imagine there are many who have used the same Title or subject for a poem or two. But, admittedly I am now curious about the one you have written and would like very much to read it.
Two minds that think along the same title can't be bad!

I wonder if I can find the poem or if you would not mind emailing it to me so that I can have the oppurtunity to read yours too?!

Ya know, my sanity seems to be leaking these days...I think it has something to do with Pandora, but I cannot be sure.
Perhaps, I will find the answer in your words, oh wise Kim.
Seriously, I did like the poem, it really spoke to me and that is why I jest.  Keep em coming and maybe I will learn some more.
