Well I am back now as you can see, Had a few hiccups these past few days, I've started moderating again, And all I see is pain in amongst the haze. I know this is the dark forum, This forum is for venting, hurt or anger, But if you stand on the outside and look in, What a dismal bunch we'd appear to a stranger. Do people today focus more on the bad? Forget the good in their lives? Forgetting love and friendships, All this hurt could give one hives. So I the mighty Isis, Will bless this forum true, By sharing and venting here in dark, A new light or dream will be born for you. A new reality, One of happiness and love, Little reminders, That a happy life is waiting for you. (HUGS) and love to you all here in the Dark Forum. hey isis... this is great...sometimes it does get a bit dark in here...but its so great to have this forum to explore these feelings and find others who relate... sometimes we're not as depressed as our poems sound...but the words come that way...(sweet inspiration)  I had a newcommer comment that she wanted to post here...but wasnt sure her stuff was "scary" enough(smile)...I told her come on down... WE DONT BITE...OR AT LEAST MOST OF US DONT...LOL...I got a really sweet E-mail from a forum poet telling me to cheer up, cause my poem was so blue sounding...it was so nice... this place is special...everyone is so talented...take care, Janet marie I love you Is all that you can't say- Years gone by and still... * dressed in his hippy clothes*  you have a good point isis. all thought this place might be called the dark forum, it is also a place of great light. think about it. how good do you feel after you have writen a poem and are able to get that whight off your chest. i know it helps me alot. i know that alot of the poems here are "dark" to some people but hey life aint always happy either. so i raise my glass in a toast to dark passions. my this forum live forever!! Always a great way with words and emotions darkness is the deepest well of emotions depresion is merely scratching the surface as anyone reading the poems placed here will know Pride of place in the human race goes to one without a trace, of subtlety style ego or grace for this position, I wish to say, i would be proud as i am greater than any other face in the crowd |

Dark emotions hiding Beneath my light and happy skin I cannot pretend I don't see them Wanting to come out Wanting to be free once again So I'll let them be free To dance on the paper Untill they collapse from insanity And then, and only then Can they go back to where They were hiding! Joy |

Please don't get me wrong!! I love the dark forum, and have found relief venting a poem about bad feelings, or sharing good and bad with others, and to read the responses from friends etc. But to someone outside of Passions looking in we must appear to be a dismal lot!!
