suck in the hate
suck in the pain
suck everything that you crave
suck up your superficial underlying fear
suck up that feeling
suck up that reason
suck it up entirely
till it gives you some reason for living..

strong emotions in this poem, sometimes we do try to "suck it in" and not let the things that bother us show. Im always grateful to write about it and get the feelings out that way...good work
