A whim whispered to my wildness Life's dullnesses must set aside To breathe only warmth To breathe only safety To breathe only pleasure Why breathe at all? She who goes before Watch her fate closely Soon this belongs to you The blue liquid pours Rinse well, expell, Dryness wraps a tongue, but Fight the urge to withdraw To swallow yourself into Pleasure Warmth Safety Gleaming silver grab and hold No return to comfort Without a passage through pain Close your eyes and brace for ThroughYouInYouPainTastesBlood Self knows nothing else for an instant A w a k e n Feel the tiny rod Work back and forth slowly this new part of you Wish for another moment of courage For you have to tell your mother ***** My inspiration is the ache my tongue feels right now. My friend and I got them pierced today completely spontaneously. (It was fun!) Jannel |

Enjoyed reading about your experience, have you found your second wave of courage yet? |

Interesting.... did it hurt?? Let your heart guide you. It whispers, so listen closely. ~Isis~ (Sovereign of the Spirit) |
