The act is over all but done Now i find the crowd is won And all around the cheers come With the applause and chiming gong All the past ive known is gone In that second of zion I am with them everyone With every piece of love and scorn Now the performance is over and done And reality returns in droves And all around the great hall now They all cheer again as i take a bow Pride of place in the human race goes to one without a trace, of subtlety style ego or grace for this position, I wish to say, i would be proud as i am greater than any other face in the crowd |

Walter, this is very good, very well written, this is one of those poems where I would be curious to know its true meaning or inspiration.(if thats not too personal) ![]() take care janet marie Some things cannot be explained by verses that rhyme, They are not measured by the commitment of time. Some emotions run too deep to be described by words, Forgiveness and understanding- remain the most beautiful words ever heard. Janet Marie |

Glad you are a survivor and able to take the bows! ![]() Let your heart guide you. It whispers, so listen closely. ~Isis~ (Sovereign of the Spirit) |
