Sitting at home I am all alone With no one to see Or call on the phone Slowly I die While my soul heaves a moan Feeling my heart Transforming to stone I think of a love Who now is a stranger My heart pounds inside And warns me of danger I meant her no harm Nor to rearrange her Only wishing to love And not wanting to change her There once was a time She brought me such joy Not knowing that I Was merely a toy She accepted my heart So smug and so coy Yet now it's my love That she will destroy And now in the end It's all clear to me That I was a fool And had failed to see That her love was a game And not meant for me So I'll leave her alone And that's how it will be Turning away With nothing to say Having to face Another dull day How many more dues Must I now pay To have a pure heart Be cast out my way G.A. Thank you Isis. I've always thought that I was the only one who thought the way I do. But sense I've been in Passions I found that not to be true. Everybody has welcomed me with open arms which gives me the feeling of belonging. That means a lot to me andI just wanted to say thank you to not only you Isis but to everybody here. Thank you all! You are wonderfull people and I mean that from the bottom of my heart! G |

Geeeeeess I want in on this moment LOL GA I too found the same as you did. I thought poetry and feelngs were just somthing I did. I felt a little strange but oh my gosh I was wrong. I truelly enjoyed this poem and what you can bring to this place. This was a very good poem. Sad..but still good. Whatever type of woman you had is the same kind that gives the good ones bad reps. This is also the type that makes it more difficult for those good ones you're looking for when you find them. Don't gain my affections and cover my eyes. In blindness I will only swing harder. |
