I miss you gentle words,
They speak to me in my dreams,
Calling, understanding,
Dinning out the screams.

I miss your understanding,
It travels well across the seas,
Across the lands,
To comfort me.

I miss my daily letter,
Full of promise and of life,
Words to lend me courage,
To fight my way out of strife.

I miss your beautiful poetry,
For it speaks to me in so many ways,
A candle in the darkness,
They so brighten my days.

Where you are, nobody knows,
For not a word I've heard,
You aren't even posting now,
This wondering is so absurd.

Please come back my kindred love,
The light and song in my soul,
Old Passions just ain't the same,
Again my abyss is taking it's toll.

I miss your love,
I miss your vision,
I miss your words,
This is my admission.

I miss your touch through simple words,
I miss the caring in each line,
I miss the sharing, the trust and hope,
For never again such a kinship I'll find.

JOHN I MISS YOU HON.  HOPE YOU ARE WELL AND ALL IS OK AND YOU ARE BACK IN PASSIONS WHERE YOU BELONG SOON.  I MISS MY HEART........

this poem is truly beautiful to me.
I was moved by the emotions of your words.
I know the feelings you speak of here.I am new here, a friend shared this site with me. I am so impressed with the level of poetry and respect for each other. This is a very special place you all have created here.

Our situation isn't quite like yours Jesse, but I hope you do find the courage to post it.
