Sick of drawing pictures Fear of being nit picked Feeling worthless Through the eyes, of the one you love Drowning in sorrows Hiding within Needing to confront, to explain the pain Walking away instead Knowing myself to be, misunderstood So inturn I do not talk Viscious cycle for me That I only perceive This is detrimental Someday maybe I might be understood |

I think we all must feel misunderstood at some point in our lives. I know I do a lot of the time. But, if I recall, some of the greatest thinkers, and leaders were misunderstood. So that is possibly a good thing! I could relate to well to this poem, Justbleu. JOY |

With the deep desire to be loved and understood it burns us when we feel misunderstood or unloved. Seems as though no comfort can ever be found for us. Maharet is right, we here understand. I too quest understanding and the love brought forth from it. I have found that here in Passions with special friends and my kindred soul Sven.
