Folded thoughts tucked away in the mind
Searching for 'THE ONE' we all want to find
The answers of all....of one's death
As this sneaks upon us each & every breath

It can't be true nobody can just die
They must get another..another try
To solve all that may have went wrong
And not be forgotten and just be gone
Where is this place in all our thought
Has one been there; am I going to be brought?

Deep within feelings lyes the bitter truth
That life is over after deaths uncouth

What? Why? as I begin to cry
It cant be, that must be a lie
Tell us 'YOU' of the life therafter
And about all those smiles of our laughter
Tell me there true to my lonely heart
or have I fallen to hard to ever be apart?

Kill me off then to never be lost
Im begging please! dont let my soul be tossed!

The inner divive is the only thing that can save me
Where would and could...... my internal savior be

Dream me that little dream of substance
Corrupt it enough to fill this abundance
And there will lye the aftermath of forever

The life............... the life therafter

Really good piece B.
The last verse struck my soul.
It was so easy to read and even more to understand. TYou for posting this

I so often wonder and think about life and death!!!  What it all means!!  Who am I!!  Where am I going??  Etc.

This was a good piece!!  Keep writing!!

Struck a chord with me too Bojopy.  I wish at grade 1 some specialist could come in and say the reason you are on this earth is..
It would make life easier.
Sorry I almost missed this one, and glad I didn't.
