Mystery before me By Alex Hahn I see an angel in the distance Staring, I see its luminescence unparalleled A glow that penetrates even the fiercest anger Soothing and depriving at the same time Calling out to it my voice trembled Asking it to come Never noticing my presence Gliding towards me Warmth engulfs my entire being Timidly I ask for it Now just a light before me I muster up strength in its overwhelming presence I ask it why I dream The Angel moved through my being Disappearing inside of me I cried Asking it to leave My naked body collapsed with the force Crying out for it to come back No angel came **************** Please send all replies to [email protected] |

Tara, I will certainly email a reply to the writer but I wanted to thank you for sharing this with us. Intriguing piece...and quite reflective of my own experiences in a way. I really enjoyed this work. Michael |

Yes, he is very intriguing. Alex is a former student of mine who is starting to share his writing. He doesn't have internet access, so I may be posting his work from time to time so he can get the valuable feedback available here at PiP. |
