Where was I, during your darkend solitude? While I was laughing, you were crying You said you had never seen me cry before, nor had another living soul, but I'm crying now Can't you feel my hot tears running along the side of my cheak Oh, how hard it has gotten for me to shed a tear My pride too large and my stubborn nature far too strong But you, you're so very fragile and I took it upon myself to protect you To defend you from the evil that waits for the perfect moment to strike But I failed you.. and I am so very sorry More than anything else in my life I am sorry I don't know what to do, How do I tell you that you're beautiful so that you'll believe me and think that you're beautiful too? How do I help you wash away the tears that have long since dried upon your face? How do I tell you that you are a bright shining star in my dark and endless world of shadow? How do I show you that you're so much more than what you have come to see? And how do I tell you that I'd do anything for you, I'd take away your pain and harbor inside myself sharing only the light with you, the light that you deserve Hold onto me my dear friend, and don't worry, I'll never let you go [This message has been edited by Dark Enchantress (edited 01-07-2000).] |

Sorry, I meant to make a note of this... But anywayz, this is for my very dear friend whom I love very much....she tried comitting suicide twice this past week. I found out today and after the shock went away...well let's just say I remember now what tears feel like on my skin. The good thing is that she's not dead...or else I know a big part of me would be too. |
