She will be sweet sixteen
with a dark, dark past.
She's a little prostitute...
she's a little whore.
They used me and abused me
to get their thrills at night
Maybe they were right
... I'm not much of anything.
But she's his little prostitue,
she's his private little whore.
People say he's great
people say he's liked.
But I see the mask he wears,
I see the games he plays.
I'm sick and tired of the game,
I'm sick and tired of the pain,
I'm sick and tired of the memories,
and I'm sick of being a player
in his came of cherades.
Because I'm his little prostitute,
I'm his little whore
Who has just been kicked
right out the door.

Always shoot for the moon, at least you'll land among the stars.

You really hit the nail on the head with this poem. So many of us go through life dealing with people who front or wear many, many masks. Those are the one's who manipulate, cheat on, and hurt others for their own gain.

This is so sad, I hope this girl realizes all people arn't like that, and she deserves better and is able to get on with her life. You write it very well.

Bless the girl who went through so much pain and let her remember that the perpetrator should be the one to be "kicked out the door"!!!!
