Heaven's newest angel,
Arrived there just today,
Tears are falling from my eyes,
As I bid farewell and pray.

Her laughter was contagious,
Her love warmed every heart,
Her wisdom and her charity,
Had set her worlds apart.

She had a giving nature,
Her smile would light another,
She was everybody's friend,
She was everybody's mother.

Heaven's newest angel,

Thank you all for your kind words. Elsa was my friend's mother and I had a tremendous amount of affection for this beloved woman. My friend lost her husband, her father-in-law and her mother is the past year ~ and her son bought a house and moved out. She is now all alone and very, very sad.
