This Photograph A hero lived and caught my knowing gaze. This photograph has seen its better days. A face became a copy of his kind. This photograph is all that's left behind. Then time and fate erased his charming eyes. And green of youth, unspoiled boy and wise. He bleeds to page and ages with my rhyme. This photograph has seen a better time When boys were boys and life was endless fun. Then time was spent below a loaded gun. His death became a photograph to hold, And words in lines until my body's cold. This photograph has seen its better days. This photograph in mind is where he stays.
