Forevermore I see the truth,
Buried in our lies,
Forevermore I see the tears,
As I hear the cries,
Forevermore I fear the light,
And what it may expose,
Forevermore I fear the critics,
And what they may suppose,
Forevermore is much too long
To see the things I see,
Forevermore is much too long,
To be something like me.
