I want to fall up come with me, let’s fall up and not into something deep I think it’s time to do it different before we go to sleep for if we fall up, and play in clouds what a treat we’d find all our problems now ant-size all bad habits left behind fall up with me, not in love with me you don’t even have to be in like with me but if you come fall up with me wouldn’t that be heavenly? Come let’s talk to angels, and help them in the choir now I don’t have much of a voice but if you sing bass, I’ll sing higher… and let’s make faces out of clouds of animals or some such things and while we play our game just right let’s whip up some sun-rings since we’re here, let’s grab God’s ear and tell him how pleased we are for this imagination he’s given us c’mon with me, let’s fall up this far! What is this? You don’t want to play and fall up with me to far away? and you’d toss my dreams to reality? for the truth you’d rather see? But can’t you see? There, in the skies where up and up is in the blue? why don’t you try just once with me and let me fall up with you. ~*~ Circa, 30 November 2000 repost for a friend... |

Come let’s talk to angels, and help them in the choir now I don’t have much of a voice but if you sing bass, I’ll sing higher… the whole thing...is wonderful...reminds me of my little one, he said the other night that yes, he knew what heaven was, it was God and a whole bunch of angels walking around on the clouds...and then shaking his head at me,(when I questioned his authority) he said, that God couldn't be down here, so he must be in the clouds... well lady this poem sounds like heaven to me...and yep would love to fall up there with you |
