Pink Sky River Lines She is one who would adjust the skies to colors of sheer slipped pink, then ramble down long waterways just to charge me: Think! … Effervescent, like all her ripples that tumble down the stream, she should giggle, as she knows, all that she makes me dream. And yet, when forced, by powers claimed she gathers her wonders within, and sets about to stage the day then showers upon my ken. She wears her robes of nature’s leaves, goes skipping the stones so light ~ to fill our canvas of all we can see before she succumbs to night. A miracle of nature, we are, and be to hold in reverence, her mysteries. ~*~ Photo, courtesy, Queen Moth |

Quite a beautiful match of word and picture. We do well when we pay attention to the world around us. KJ Through rubble and trouble and dark of night |

As you read this one is suddenly aboard a small boat drifting lazily with the current, letting the oars slack and Mother river cradling us in her gentle arms.. These pics coupled with your words immediately send the reader into daydreams!! |

Sunshine, A very beautiful, uplifting poem that I'd like to keep. The pic reminds me of a river where we used to canoe. miscellanea |

This is beautiful, both the photo and the poem..and like Fagin said.. both send you into daydreams. Makes me want to be there. Well Done! Maree The clouds never expect it when it rains, but the sea, changes colour, but the sea, does not change. |
