Embracing Solitude When I find myself in this world all alone, I often wonder, is it because no one wants to be with me, or is it because I don't want to be with them? Do I subconsciously push them away, preferring solitude over interaction? And then when my solitude drives me to dispair, do I once again reach out for someone to care. At least for a season, until I find a new reason to embrace solitude. JamesLee April22 2004 |

Solitude is beautiful within boundries, but companionship is priceless. You can have both if you find the right companion and then strike a balance. Nice piece, introspective and thoughtful. Susan ![]() |
