This Poetry

maybe I forgot
to dot the i
or cross the t
in the scribbles
of myself
and there are
things crossed out
un-erased still there
as I live
this poetry
a heart that
bleeds in ink
surrounded by
aching pages
that begged for
plural words

"be prepared to bleed"  Joni Mitchell

very well expressed, enjoyed the choice of words.

You know Helen I have always held you as a favorite to read, and treasure the poems of yours I print and read in my "evening shade" book, but this one here - it is to me, you!
