If I rose to Heaven's Gate,
To have a little peek,
Would Saint Peter let me enter in,
For the wisdom that I seek?

I would not want to stay there,
For it would not be my time.
I'd just seek out some answers,
And leave when bells did chime.

Perhaps I'd see some angels,
In various garbs of Light,
Who'd give me some guidance,
As to how to do what's right.

'Twould be a place of wonder,
Filled with laughter, joy and song ~
A serene and peaceful Eden,
Where all souls got along.

Perhaps I should not go there,
For I might choose to stay,
So 'til my day does truly come,
I should stay on Earth ~ and pray!
