Staring at sky reflected water and trees like hand prints on the horizon. Hushing wind whispers in the reeds, gulls play on the bouyant air, slowly. Laughing Woodpeckers call, though i dont get the joke. Chiffchaffs arrived from Africa, call their onomatopoeic name. Touching towering Silver Birch, their texture, just like their life, a mixture of rough and smooth. Within their branches, Wrens split ears. Soft hues of yellow Pussy Willows, pale greens of young birch leaves. Golden corn colour of reeds, dancing beside shimmering water. Clensing scent of cut pine swirls on the wind, with the mournful song of a Robin. His teritory he now claims. Sand Martins twist and turn at speed, miracles of migration. Spring exhales new air into the world, life is ready to race. ''There is no need for temples, no need for complicated Philosophies. My brain and my heart are my temples; my philosophy is kindness''- Dalai Lama |

This is so upbeat and positive, how wonderful to feel the joy of spring. Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |

Cleansing scent of cut pine swirls on the wind, with the mournful song of a Robin. His territory he now claims. Very beautiful! The above verse touched me especially! Again you see with the heart. Love, Margherita |
