Excellent, thought-provoking write. Your insight, and perspective are refreshing. By the way, I noticed under your user name it says, "Coconuts? In England?" I am guessing that this comes from one of my favorite comedies as a teenager - Monty Python's Holy Grail (What a great classic)? Am I right? "It was a swallow. A swallow? Yes, an African swallow.
