humble lips pour forth the balm of special healing a tender eye, the salve of purity divine— by tongue gushes the melody of mercy a smile…to cheer, to care, to cherish embracing the poor lost soul in rescued arms of might…in surety their outstretched reach, reaches to engulf their tortured minds in waves of liquid love, like streams of grace in rills of faith and carries those who wish to flee to elysian fields of calm repose in sun-drenched rafts of blessed light and seals their souls with joy inspired |

I am a big fan of painting pictures with words and you have done so here with amazing deftness. Well-written. Instant classic - keeper. Kevin |

What a beautiful vision! This line, 'like streams of grace in rills of faith' is especially well-conceived, and I love the 'sun-drenched rafts'. Beautiful. Nan (Pilgrim variety) |
