Within me poised a flee of too demonstrative techniques
The flattery of fingertips is not what my soul seeks
Admittedly in every thought your hands are carved in trust
For that is truly the desire that waits beneath the crust

The thought of pure exchanges that enliven inner sounds
Across the miles forever where in truth are set no bounds
Massages in a fragrant oil drooped straps to bare contours
That drives away the knotted fears in raptures tears it pours

And ache in separations as a magnet pulls you close
Some primal flow directing what my body somehow knows
My arms to know the sequence of your breaths held soft within
Without a conscious word but just familiar on my skin

And anguish that has spoken from the words that leave your lips
Send signal all along my hands into my fingertips
That touch is universal in its language and response
Revealing what the spoken word might smudge in tongue-tied knots

To question would be futile, for I’ve heard and felt the scheme
Where I live on intuition and my only truth this dream
To be with you each tomorrow, never leaving any doubt
That you course my very blood and leave but love to run throughout

What a beautiful poem for someone so incredibly lucky.  Your passion flows freely in this poem and evokes feelings for the one I love.  It is quite touching and has left its mark on me.  Thank you for sharing such an impassioned masterpiece.  It shines like a Diamond.

BTW, thanks for the kind reply to my recent post.  Your words very thoughtful and kind, and also left their mark on me there, too.

Your poetic friend,

Kevin

TD,
I could have copied every word of this!  Everytime I think you've written the greatest possible, then you go one step beyond!  Exquisite writing, TD!
